Check In

Check-in for Young Entrepreneurs Business Week is Sunday from 9 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. Please allow at least 30 minutes to check-in and move luggage into your dorm room. 

At check-in, you will be guided through an orientation, meet YEBW staff and volunteers, and receive your dorm room key. On campus, you can dine at the Commons at University of Portland, Bing’s Cafe at Oregon State or DUX Bistro at University of Oregon. It is your responsibility to eat lunch prior to the beginning of the program.

YEBW Kickoff will begin promptly at 12 p.m. We encourage your parents and guardians to attend. 


PArking

If you will have a car with you during your week at YEBW, please purchase a $40 parking pass and give your keys to the YEBW Office during registration check in. Students are prohibited from using their cars or leaving campus during the week. Additional information on preferred parking locations will be provided upon arrival.


packing list

With a number of activities and events available at YEBW, please refer to this packing list prior to the program. Some daily recreation activities may require additional parental consent and payment ($6 per day) at check-in. Please bring appropriate shoes and attire for recreation during free time.


code of conduct

You will be living on a college campus during your stay at YEBW. Your safety is our first priority... 

  • You are expected to act as a responsible adult at all times.
  • You will be issued a name tag at check-in, which must be worn all week.
  • You are required to stay on campus during the entire program. Various campus locations will be open for your exploration and use during free time each afternoon. A campus map will be provided at check-in.
  • This is an intensive six-day program and visitors are not allowed.

college credit

Students who attend YEBW are able to earn college credit from Oregon State University... OSU will email information regarding the process and fees.


Check Out

Please plan to depart YEBW at the end of the program Saturday by 3 p.m. Students may not leave campus until the conclusion of the Closing Ceremony on Saturday at 2 p.m., unless YEBW receives written permission or the student is accompanied by a parent or guardian. Prior to departure, students must return all borrowed technology and room keys to YEBW; parents or guardians will be responsible for the cost of replacement on missing items.
