For first-year students at YEBW, Business Week immerses you into the world of business, career preparation, and fun! Whether you want to become a doctor, lawyer, athlete, or any other professional, there are business and leadership skills essential for your success. Guided by a volunteer from the business community, each student-led company participates in company management, mock interviews, an etiquette dinner, dance, and much more.

- Gain perspective from industry experts
- Simulate stock market investments
- Reconnect with last year's friends
For returning students, Investing Week explores the world of personal and corporate finance, teaching students valuation methods for stocks, bonds, mutual funds, and exchange-traded funds (ETFs). Students compete in a week-long stock portfolio competition and analyze a mutual fund and stock of their choice, presenting their small group’s recommendation to buy, sell, or hold to a panel of judges acting as investors.
- Start your own business
- Compete in team challenges
- Simulate an entrepreneurial experience
- Establish valuable connections
Students in the Apprentice Week program must have completed Investing Week or Business Week and their junior year of high school. This advanced program challenges each student to prepare a full business plan, run an on-campus business as a team, and present their individual work to a panel of judges acting as potential company investors.
