Students work all week to develop shareholder, stockholder, and investor presentations, which are given to a panel of judges on Friday (and also Saturday morning at the OSU campus). There are morning and afternoon judging sessions available, and judges can participate in one or both sessions during the day. Come experience for yourself how much YEBW students learn in just one week! Time commitment: varies, depending on Judge’s preference (optional lunch and dinner with the students).
Mock Interviewers | Sign up
Realistic preparation for an interview is an invaluable experience for students. YEBW invites you to become part of the their learning process by serving as “mock interviewers” mid-way through the programs. Students will have participated in guided discussions on first impressions and interview preparation prior to the activity. Mock interviewers will be given sample questions, and after conducting the interviews, will be asked to decide which student they would most likely hire. Interviewers should come with a coach's mentality, challenging the students to recognize where they did well and how they could have improved. Time commitment: Approximately 1.5 hours on a Wednesday.
