At YEBW: As the “face” of YEBW, Gregg is tasked with executing the mission and goals of the organization as established by the YEBW Board of Directors. His responsibilities include organizational management, corporate fundraising and recruitment of business volunteers and students for the summer business week student sessions staged annually on the campuses of the University of Portland and Oregon State University.
After Hours: The father of two active girls, Gregg spends time coaching and volunteering, including serving as head coach of the Lake Oswego 10U Renegades softball team. When not coaching, he’s usually found on the sidelines photographing youth sporting events. Gregg, his wife Linda, and daughters, Rachel and Julia, reside in Lake Oswego. Background: Prior to joining YEBW, Gregg served as Executive Director of Transitional Youth, Principal of The Mindt Group, President & CEO of the Oregon Lodging Association, and Managing Director of the Creative Center, a subsidiary of the Oregon Restaurant Association. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Concordia University, Portland, and received the Certified Association Executive (CAE) designation through the American Society of Association Executives in 1998. |

| At YEBW: Troy manages planning, delivery, and evaluation of YEBW programs, while developing and executing marketing strategies and facilitating volunteer committees, such as the Program Advisory Board and Curriculum Committee. He also works with student registration and recruitment for summer programs. After Hours: Troy spends the majority of his time away from YEBW coaching basketball at La Salle Prep in Clackamas, Oregon. He also enjoys traveling, reading, playing tennis, and spending time with his friends and family. His favorite TV shows include Law & Order, Modern Family, and Seinfeld. Background: Troy graduated from La Salle Prep in Clackamas, Oregon, and acquired his B.S. from the University of Portland. During college, Troy started and maintained an event filming business for four years. Currently, he coaches basketball at La Salle Prep in Clackamas, Oregon. | |
