Please Note: Students must fully complete, sign, and return the registration form to YEBW with $75 deposit (by check or credit card). Supplemental forms will be sent to both the student and parent via email, and must be completed and returned within two weeks of receipt. Full tuition is due within 30 days of your invoice. Students may pay tuition balance online or by check.

3. Tuition Breakdown and Cancellation Policy
|Tuition is per student, per program. Additional financial assistance is available upon request. The intial $75 deposit is a non-refundable payment toward tuition and must be completed to process registration. Monthly payment plans are available here. Financial Assistance is also available; please complete and submit this form alongside registration.|

Campus check-in for University of Portland is from 9:00 a.m. - 11:00 a.m. on Sunday, July 14, 2013. Oregon State University check-in is 9:00 a.m. - 11:00 a.m. on Sunday, August 4, 2013. Additional details will be provided after registration.
