Company Advisors

The Business Week Company Advisor (CA) program is our most demanding, but also our single most rewarding opportunity. As a CA, you will rise to the challenge of getting your team of future business leaders moving in the right direction to accomplish their goals. Additionally, this is a professional development opportunity, as you will participate in business seminars on current business topics, network with other business professionals, and enhance your time management, communication, and mentoring/coaching skills.

Judges

Students develop presentations during the week, which are given to a panel of judges on Friday, July 20, 2012.  Judges can participate in one, or both, sessions during the day. The time commitment is approximately four hours, which includes a meal and time to meet students individually.

Mock Interviewers

Realistic preparation for an interview is an invaluable experience for students.  Students will have participated in guided discussions on first impressions and interview preparation prior to the activity. Mock Interviewers will be given sample questions, and after conducting the interviews, will be asked to decide which student they would most likely hire. Interviewers should come with a coach's mentality, fair but tough, challenging the students to recognize where they did well and how they could have improved.  Mock Interviews occur on Wednesday, July 18, 2012, in the afternoon.
